High Court has sought a response on the adjustment of shicshamitra

Twenty-two million Shicshamitra about the state of the adjustment to the post of assistant teacher in the High Court has sought a response from all parties, including the central and state government.
             The case before filing the petition is directed to associate with. Petitions will be heard on July 21.
Anand Kumar Yadav and others on a petition filed by Justice PKS Baghel are hearing. The petition government decree issued June 19, 2014 has been challenged.
What is the mandate?
          The mandate states that the batch of about 54 thousand Shicshamitra BTC training has been completed, so they have to adjust to the post of assistant teacher should initiate action.
The petition states that the order of the Ministry of Human Resources NCTE and the tet pass mandatory for appointment as assistant teacher qualifications.
             The full bench of the High Court in its judgment tet mandatory qualification for appointment as assistant teacher is considered.
Shicshamitra while the state government has waived the necessity of tet. It is not right to do so.
