Sprouted Moong Dal Curry

Pulses are very nutritious and healthy. They are found in abundance proteins and carbohydrates and they are the heart of our daily food. Materials required:
Moongdal sprouts - 1 cup
Salt - to taste (1 teaspoon)
Tomato - 2
Ginger - 1 inch long piece
Raw coconut - 2 tbsp (shredded pieces, if you wish)
Green chillies - 2
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - 2 pinch
Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander powder - a small spoon
Red chili powder - less than a quarter teaspoon
Garam Masala - less than a quarter teaspoon
Coriander - a table spoon
Method:
Put it in the cooker and the first lentil sprouts Moongdal washed three times with water and put a whistle in the cooker and mix together salt to taste. Please slow whistle after gas and lentils cook for 3-4 minutes, please.
In mixer tomatoes, green peppers, ginger and coconut, add finely grind.
