abundance proteins and carbohydrates and they are the heart of our daily food.

Materials required:
Moongdal sprouts - 1 cup

Garam Masala - less than a quarter teaspoon
Coriander - a table spoon
Method:
Put it in the cooker and the first lentil sprouts Moongdal
