Necessary documents for counseling (UP assistant primary teachers recruitment)

           The counseling process will be started after few days ( From 29/01/2013 ) for selected candidates for the post of assistant primary teachers in Uttar Pradesh (UP) . We are providing a list of things (documents ) which are necessary for this process :-
1. 10th & 12th Marksheet & Sanad (Certificate)
2. Graduation :-  Marksheet of all semesters/years + Degree/Provisional Certificate
3. B.Ed. :-  Marksheet of all semesters/years + Degree/Provisional Certificate & NCTE approval letter
4. Valid TET certificate (1-5); Obtain it from concerned JD office
5. Nivas Praman Patra
6. Caste Certificate (OBC/SC/ST)
7. A valid certificate from PH candidates issued by CMO .
8. Notry se bani 10 rs ke stamp par 2 sapth jo Vigyapan ke page number 16 ke praroop par honi chahiye. (Vakil/Vendor ko paise dekar banava le )
9. Registration Slip, E challan & Application Form Photocopy .
10. 2 Passport size photos ( Same, As in your application form )
11. Original Pahchan patra (Same, As in your application form)
12. 2 self addressed enenvelopes
