How to reduce obesity?

               Obesity is more common in women after the age. According to doctors, obesity, not only unhealthy eating - eating is a habit, rather than menstrual irregularity occurs. Experts also believe that much has the effect of obesity in women than men. Is the only physical effect of obesity on men, but women have to face in both physical and mental?
The impact of obesity on women:

What to do...
