Saturday and Sunday in the year 2015 will be the third public holiday. The next year, 34 have been declared a public holiday. There are 11 of these have Saturday and Sunday.
General Administration has released the list of public holidays in the Negotiable Instruments Act, 25 holidays, while nine public holidays under this Act who are not.
Negotiable Act Baravfat of public holidays (4 Jan), Ram Navami (28 Mar), Hazrat Muhammad Ali's birthday (3 May), Eid ul-Fitr (July 18), Independence Day (15 August), Raksha Bandhan (August 29 ), Janmashtami (5 Sep), Moharram (24 October), who are hitting Saturday and Sunday.
Chetichand Jubilee in other public holidays (22 Mar), Maharishi Kashyap, Nishad Jubilee (5 April), and Urs of Hazrat Khwaja Chisti Muinuddin (April 26), who are hitting on Sunday.
