Reservation in promotion and consequential seniority case: Uttar Pradesh government-would be downgrading

The government responded to the Supreme Court
               Uttar Pradesh government finally accepted the Supreme Court has abandoned those who had been promoted by the benefit of reservation under the law, they will be demoted. On Monday, the court said the state government has taken a policy decision in this regard.
                 April 27, 2012 Supreme Court decision giving UP reservation in promotion and consequential seniority unconstitutional law was repealed stating. The State Government had to demote those who benefit from the law was given promotion and consequential seniority.
                  After the government reserved demoted employees did not get promoted three employees of the Department of Irrigation contempt petition filed in the Supreme Court against the government.
What's the matter?

                     The petitioners' counsel did not object when Kumar parimal time the Justice Dipak Misra and Justice PC Pant bench gave the government two weeks and hearing postponed for four weeks.
Orders for all depart- ments:
                       Petitioner's counsel K. parimal said the government has now ordered a demotion to the Irrigation Department, the Supreme Court had to decide all departments. The government should have issued orders to all.
